[spacer height=”20px” id=”4″]– Booking a session reserves a time and date, and as such it is non-refundable. Should anything happen to prevent you from attending your session, you can use your payment for a mini-session at a later time, without the face painting and costume portion. The face painting + costume portion of the payment can be used towards an 11×14 photographic print.
[spacer height=”20px” id=”4″]– Title (possession) of and copyright to all images shall remain with Liz Wade Photography until Client has paid in full. All photos are copyrighted. The digital images created by Liz Wade Photography remain the property of Liz Wade Photography.
[spacer height=”20px” id=”4″]– Permission is herby granted to Liz Wade Photography to use any images created under this contract for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, social media, contests, and any other purpose.
