If you’ve dreamed of documenting the milestones of your baby’s first year, you’ve come to the right place. This photography package includes five beautiful sessions at a discounted price, allowing us to capture every stage of your baby’s growth and personality. We’ll begin with a cozy in-home newborn session, followed by milestone sessions at 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months, ending with a celebratory 1st birthday session. From sleepy newborn snuggles to first smiles and steps, each session is designed to preserve the moments you never want to forget. As a family and newborn photographer, I focus on creating timeless, natural images that tell your family’s story authentically. These milestone photography sessions are perfect for families who want to beautifully document their baby’s first year from beginning to first birthday.

Baby’s 1st Year Package FAQ
It includes 5 sessions: newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1st birthday (cake smash!). It is the perfect way to capture your baby’s first year of life.
Here’s a list of my recommended locations.
The total package cost varies based on your selected session dates, as weekday and weekend sessions are priced differently. No matter which combination you choose, you’ll receive a total of 20% savings when booking the First Year package!
Since your booking reserves a specific date and time, it is non-refundable. However, your payment with me never expires, so you can always reschedule should any issues arise. Please note that if renting a studio, my policy is different from that of the studio.
I primarily work within Milwaukie/SE Portland, an area I know well, and can suggest several places that are particularly photogenic. I am also happy to travel to other locations!
I do not include prints as part of your package, so you are welcome to order prints on your own at any lab of your choosing. I am happy to assist and recommend White House Custom Colour.
Yes! Every session includes a personal print release, which means you’re welcome to print your images for personal use through the lab of your choice. You can make prints, albums, and other keepsakes for yourself and your family.
Please note that the copyright to all images remains with me. Your print release does not allow the images to be sold, entered into contests, used for commercial or business purposes, edited beyond a basic scope for printing, or shared with vendors or publications for promotional use without my permission.
This depends on the season and my work load. In my busiest months, it can take 3+ weeks to deliver a full album. However, I always try to deliver a preview album first. During peak times, I may skip the preview album in an effort to deliver your full album faster. All images are delivered via Google Albums, which are easy to share with family and friends!
Not at all! Parents, siblings and the family pet are welcome to join in the photos.
I do charge a travel fee for locations outside of the greater Portland area. Please contact me for a quote.
Nope! I don’t charge any kind of rescheduling fees, so we can take as many rain checks as needed to land on a sunny day.
By booking this package, you save $325 – the cost of the entire 12 month session!
This is up to you. If you pay as you go, you’d pay in full for each session until 12 months, and that final session is done for free.
It’s best, if possible, to plan for the session to take place within baby’s first 14 days at home. That is when baby will be most sleepy and therefore cooperative for photos.

From the first email, Liz was incredibly warm and collaborative. She was flexible and thoughtful about the timing and location when we requested a last minute change for a landscape backdrop.
