With a Bachelor’s Degree in photography and 16 years of professional experience across a broad spectrum of genres, I bring a little more to the table than the average real estate photographer: a deep understanding of light, composition, and visual storytelling. With extensive training in flash photography, I use intentional lighting — balancing natural light with flash rather than relying on HDR exclusively — to accurately represent a space and elevate its feel, creating images that are balanced, inviting, and true to life. The result is imagery that helps listings stand out and reflects the value of the property. I also offer 360º tours, both as standalone and add-on options.

Real Estate FAQ
Yes, I offer 360 tours in both Zillow and Matterport platforms. I can include schematic floor plans, as well.
I do not offer video services; only photography and 360 virtual tours.
I do charge a travel fee for locations outside of the greater Portland area. Please contact me for a quote.
With a formal college education in photography and more than 16 years of experience, I elevate your real estate photos by using techniques that require a bit more time than usual. I don’t take shortcuts that rely heavily on quick, unrealistic post-processing. That extra time and care is reflected in my pricing.
My turn around time for most shoots is 2-3 weeks, but I realize that things move quickly in real estate and photography is often the last piece of the puzzle before a listing goes live. If you need a quick turnaround, please contact me to chat about details.
