Senior & Graduation Photography
Graduation photos are so much more than just something for the yearbook—they mark a huge milestone in your life, whether you’re finishing high school or college. I offer senior and graduation sessions year-round in the Portland area because I believe every student deserves to celebrate this moment in a way that feels true to them.
My sessions are a mix of thoughtfully composed portraits and natural, candid shots that reflect who you are right now. I love getting to know each graduate and capturing their energy, style, and personality in a way that feels genuine and timeless.
This chapter is a big one, and it deserves to be remembered. I’m here to make sure your photos feel as meaningful and unique as your journey has been.

Seniors photography FAQ
The total cost is $349 for weekday (M-F) sessions, and $399 for weekend (Saturday/Sunday) sessions. This includes a download of the full-resolution, edited, digital images. Specific retouching may be an additional cost, but varies by request.
Your payment covers the session itself, and a download of all the full-resolution, edited, digital images. ‘Edited’ refers to global adjustments, such as exposure and color correction. It also includes standard retouching, if needed, to your favorite images (around 10 favorites). Please note that some retouching requests are complex and may be impossible or require an additional fee.
I dedicate up to 1 hour to every session, though depending on weather and other factors, that can run a little shorter or longer.
A typical session produces around 50-100 final, edited, full-resolution images.
Here’s a list of my recommended locations.
Absolutely! Most (but not all) high schools require a traditional headshot for the yearbook. I make sure to shoot a variety of close up headshots as well as full body shots throughout your session so that you have options.
To ensure your yearbook photo meets your school’s requirements, please send me your school’s specifications and submission deadline before your session. I’ll prepare your yearbook image according to those requirements.
Most of my clients submit their yearbook photo themselves, but I’m happy to help if needed. No matter who submits the image, it’s important that you confirm with your school that it has been received before the deadline.
About half of my seniors bring no additional outfit changes, while the other half bring 1-2 in addition to what they are wearing when they arrive. Of those, many choose 1 outfit that is more formal and the other outfit is more casual. What you wear is really up to you and your personality!
Since your booking reserves a specific date and time, it is non-refundable. However, your payment with me never expires, so you can always reschedule should any issues arise. Please note that if renting a studio, my policy is different from that of the studio.
I primarily work within Milwaukie/SE Portland, an area I know well, and can suggest several places that are particularly photogenic. I am also happy to travel to other locations!
I do not include prints as part of your package, so you are welcome to order prints on your own at any lab of your choosing. I am happy to assist and recommend White House Custom Colour.
Yes! Every session includes a personal print release, which means you’re welcome to print your images for personal use through the lab of your choice. You can make prints, albums, and other keepsakes for yourself and your family.
Please note that the copyright to all images remains with me. Your print release does not allow the images to be sold, entered into contests, used for commercial or business purposes, edited beyond a basic scope for printing, or shared with vendors or publications for promotional use without my permission.

This depends on the season and my work load. In my busiest months, it can take 3+ weeks to deliver a full album. However, I always try to deliver a preview album first. During peak times, I may skip the preview album in an effort to deliver your full album faster. All images are delivered via Google Albums, which are easy to share with family and friends!
Not at all! Parents, siblings and the family pet are welcome to join in the photos.
I do charge a travel fee for locations outside of the greater Portland area. Please contact me for a quote.
Absolutely. Just keep in mind that this will cut into our shooting time, so it’s best to not change more than once.
Nope! I don’t charge any kind of rescheduling fees, so we can take as many rain checks as needed to land on a sunny day.
Customer Review
“Liz is a masterful photographer! We are so glad we found her for our son’s senior pictures. She captured him in beautifully – the pictures turned out amazing. We had a really hard time picking “the one”. She is down to earth, makes people feel really comfortable, is super nice and attentive – just all the things you would hope for for senior pictures. If I had a wedding or anniversary or special event, I would feel also very comfortable relying on Liz Wade for those once in a lifetime photos, no question. Also, her fees are very reasonable. You just cannot go wrong.”
